Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

This dress is lovely. It's well-made and would be a perfect choice for a dinner beachside, a brunch or shower or for church. I would just note that it's not as vibrant in person as in the picture. That's the only reason for the 4-star review.
